The Bandipur National Park occupies a special place in India's efforts towards Eco-conservation. Nestled at the foothills of the Nilgiris of the Blue Mountains, Bandipur was once the private hunting ground of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve and one of the best-known wildlife sanctuaries in India. The highest density of the world’s Asiatic Elephant population in fact about 5000 wild Elephant’s roams these jungles. Bandipur also has a sizable number of Tigers.

Itiberary

Day 1 : Bangalore / Bandipur (220kms / 5 Hrs)

Pick up from Bangalore (Morning around 07.00am suggested from city or airport) and drive to Bandipur. On arrival check in and proceed for buffet lunch. Coffee or Tea will be served at 15.00hrs, at 15.30hrs drive to forest for wildlife safari. Return to resort at 18.15hrs. Campfire, Dinner & Overnight.

Day 2 : Bandipur

Morning coffee or tea will be served at 06.15hrs. Proceed for wildlife safari and return to camp at 09.15hrs. Breakfast at 10.00hrs leisure. Buffet lunch at 13.45hrs. At 15.45hrs proceed to forest for wildlife safari return to lodge- at 18.15hrs. Witness wildlife film and swap tales with the jungle warden. Campfire, Dinner & Overnight.

Day 3 : Bandipur / Bangalore

Morning coffee or tea will be served at 06.15hrs. Proceed for wildlife safari return to camp at 09.15hrs. Breakfast at 10.00hrs and checkout at 11.00hrs and drive to Bangalore. Tour ends.
